FreshHumanFan YT threw a live video of Craving my way and I was intrigued but not fully sold. Searched on bandcamp and found your album and the first 3 songs already utterly impressed me. Great musicianship and creativity all around. The best of luck to you all and have a nice day!

itswuf Moody, heavy, cutting, rich. I found this band through Ayreon and I'm so very glad I did. Can't wait for more from them. Favorite track: In Blood and Limbs and Gore and Clay.

1.
You hunted, gunned and broken Forsaken, raped, betrayed, unspoken Wronged, supressed, muted, ill-gotten Cut and hanged, hurt and forgotten. Through script and melody Forever in our hearts and praised be Commemorated in these necrologies Here written are your scarlet stories
2.
The Tell-Tale Heart While the old man slumbers, A shimmer in the dark is cast upon the bed In a sickening desire, infatuated longing To witness the vulture’s eye in the light’s shed Oh, but never the eye is opened Biding his time, night after night Watching sweet ignorance, vanity rising Feelings of triumph and might Conceited chuckles disturb the silence The innocent man awakes from repose In mortal terror he shivers An unseen shadow of death lingering close “Who’s there?”, the old man cries But no answer returns Then, a dim ray of light pierces through the darkness Shining right upon the damned eye, for which the madman so yearns Oh, the beating of his heart increases Rising and rising, beats in the night He who’s been waiting Can’t take it no longer Feelings of terror and fright One shriek in the night, And it’s all over... Stone dead body, Breathing nevermore Cutting up the corpse in pieces Placing them carefully under the floor Men of justice, alarmed by the shriek Are brought to the chamber of the deed But do not find what they seek Then the madman starts to hear A sound like the old man’s heartbeat Foaming and raging, he screams: Villains, I admit the deed!
3.
Vingt Mille Lieues Sous Les Mers A heart, pure and full of wonder Turned cold and dark and wished to flee To stay forever undiscovered And remain hidden 20.000 leagues under the sea The whispers of a monster roaming the sea Lead many men to search for an answer offshore But not all was what it seemed For this cetacean was built of steel not bone Commanded by a captain Who'd left the world and had created his own Despite the Captain’s riches They couldn't lift his spirit, grave and dark His manic hatred of oppression Had left him with a heavy mark Revealing treasures hidden to the orbs of night and day Countless spectacles for the eyes to see Uncovering secrets of the sunken world But the Captain's heart remained a mystery Grief deepens the sorrow of the Captain When a loved one is taken once more Igniting anger and desire To revenge what’s been lost before After his murderous act, The angel of hatred is woebegone No longer cares for the worldly things And says farewell to the moon and sun Grief deepens the sorrow
4.
The Gallows Tree: Part I Lullaby Blackened bark Charcoal skin Fury unleashed Bodies cleansed within Blackened bark Charcoal skin Desolate field Where birds no longer sing Blackened bark Charcoal skin Mourned by none Silenced heroines Blackened bark Charcoal skin Scorched shrouds All laid to waste and ruin Blackened bark Charcoal skin The price you paid For someone else's sin
5.
The Gallows Tree: Part II The Price You Paid Blackened bark Charcoal skin Fury unleashed Bodies cleansed within Blackened bark Charcoal skin Desolate field Where birds no longer sing Blackened bark Charcoal skin Mourned by none Silenced heroines Blackened bark Charcoal skin Scorched shrouds All laid to waste and ruin Blackened bark Charcoal skin The price you paid For someone else's sin
6.
7.
In Blood and Limbs and Gore and Clay She stands and watches Over the gruesome plains of greed While their pitiful bodies crawl forth She mourns their vicious creed On top of the world she rises But few will heed her call In their thirst for fame and glory They’re blinded for the fall In the dirt they fight their battle Their clawing erodes the soil away In the serpent's burrow, Their bodies squirming In blood and limbs and gore and clay For eons now she stands and watches Saving those who hear her call But millions of souls stay deaf and blinded She just can't save them all
8.
Dust 04:50
Dust Dust, little clouds of dust Swirl and twirl To the North, to the South East and West Tiny specks of earth Fill the sky Climb up and up Gently, swaying, to each a different side Ashes to ashes Dust to dust Whirling, back their way From whence they came In the sunlight they sparkle Twinkle, twinkle, little stars of dust Little flakes In a sea of red They sink, they float From brown to scarlet Running down the stream As tiny ships they sail To the North, to the South East and West Little flakes In a sea of red Following the floods They spread and wash away
9.
Craving 06:57
Craving A longing has come over me Something I have never dared to feel before It mingles and infects my every thought, makes me beg for more It’s been there all along But I never felt this way before Seeing you do the things you do Makes me want to crave it even more Craving To touch you Craving To feel your skin Craving To rip it into pieces Commit this delicious sin It sure feels good inside To have something to long for I must somehow express this craving for it makes my heart feel so sore It’s been there all along But I never felt this way before Seeing you do the things you do Makes me want to crave it even more Craving To feel you Craving To hold you tight Craving To smash you up to smithereens Commit this delicious crime
10.
Nostalgia in a Closed Mind Empty eyes stare into nothing Wrinkled hands cold and lifeless Locked up inside, but cannot explain The world he used to know A ghost of long ago Reflections envisioned in his mind But no words to describe The world he used to witness Visions of a forgotten past Appear so real to him So unreal to him And no one seems to remember And no one seems to recall The ticking clock only increasing the distance from the life he used to live and no one seems to remember The ticking clock only increasing the distance from the life he used to live and no one seems to recall Only nostalgia
11.
Living, Breathing, Yesterday Like selling oxygen Or clouds of dust In their delusion And their bloodlust Forget what is important Thinking they would find it here Ritual malevolent Laws of riches they adhere Destroyed for promised gold Vanishing all that can be sold Dismembered body Left to decay Business bloody Breathing; Living; Yesterday Forget what is important Thinking they would find it here Ritual malevolent Laws of riches they adhere Destroyed for promised gold Vanishing all that can be sold
12.
Epilogue: Necrologies Is now the world in chaos? No hope for those who seek So many of us ploughing on, for nothing It’s ashes what we reap Is now the world in chaos? No hope for those who seek The ones who died and suffered Or kept alive as cocoons of void Preyed upon by others How did their death bring you hope? The ones who died and suffered Or kept alive, cocoons of void Necrologies, necrologies You hunted, gunned and broken Forsaken, raped, betrayed, unspoken Wronged, suppressed, muted, ill-gotten Cut and hanged, hurt and forgotten We have the knowledge and the might How can you not see? We’ve watched their bloodied bones Turn into misery Praised be to those whose lives you took before May their stories never be forgotten And be told forevermore

“Necrologies” is a tribute to all animals and humans who suffered or died by the greed of others. It acknowledges their battle, struggle or innocence. The songs tell stories about their suffering or how they died. Our stories show the dark side of humanity and are soundtracks to emotions, injustice, murder, but also beauty and innocence.
